


Brad Wands is a strategic marketing and business development leader with more than 25 years of experience driving multi-site growth, market expansion, and brand leadership within complex healthcare systems. He has a proven record of developing and executing go-to-market, referral, and lead-generation strategies that deliver measurable results in patient acquisition, revenue growth, and return on investment. Known for his collaborative leadership style and datadriven approach, Brad excels at translating analytics into actionable strategies that unlock market potential and strengthen brand reputation.
Most recently, Brad served as Director of Marketing & Business Development at Frankfort Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, where he led integrated marketing, communications, CRM, and business development initiatives across multiple service lines. Earlier in his career, Brad held marketing leadership roles at St. Claire Regional Medical Center and Miami University, where he delivered award-winning brand initiatives, led major rebranding efforts, and drove substantial gains in ticket sales, revenue, and market visibility. His background spans brand strategy, service-line growth, referral development, CRM optimization, and community engagement.
Brad holds a Master of Science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University. A former NCAA Division III baseball team captain and multi-year All Conference selection, he brings a competitive, team-oriented mindset to his professional leadership.
Deeply committed to service and community involvement, Brad has served as President of the Kentucky Society for Healthcare Public Relations & Marketing, a board member of the Frankfort Area Chamber of Commerce, and a longtime youth sports coach and nonprofit volunteer.
Brad is married to his wife, Amanda, and they have three children: Austin, Tyler, and Ashley. Outside of work, he values family, mentorship, and community leadership, and remains passionate about building organizations that positively impact the people and communities they serve.
